Privacy Policy
Effective July 15, 2026 · the «Мій ФОП» app (com.virolabs.sololedger)
1. Who we are
«Мій ФОП» (My FOP) is developed by Virolabs. For any questions about this policy contact hello.virolabs@gmail.com.
2. What data is stored and where
Everything you enter in the app — incomes, expenses, clients, banking details, generated documents, tax payment markers, settings — is stored locally only, in the app's database on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
- Monobank token (if you connect your bank) is kept in the system secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and is used only for direct requests from your device to the Monobank API (api.monobank.ua). We never see the token or your banking data.
- PIN code is stored as a salted hash in secure storage. Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint) are handled entirely by the operating system — the app has no access to biometric data.
- Backups are created only on your command, into a file you control (exported via the system share dialog).
3. What leaves the device
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics, Google). If the app crashes, a technical report is sent: device model, OS and app version, error stack trace. Reports contain no financial data and are not linked to your identity. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
- NBU exchange rates. For foreign-currency incomes the app fetches the official rate from bank.gov.ua. The request contains only a currency and a date.
- Monobank API. Only if you connect the bank yourself — requests go directly from your device to Monobank using your token.
- Tax parameter updates. The app may download a file with current tax rates and limits. The request contains no personal data.
- Subscription processing (RevenueCat). If you buy the «Мій ФОП Pro» subscription, RevenueCat validates the purchase and its status on our behalf. Only technical data is sent: an anonymous user identifier generated by the app, a device identifier, and subscription information (product, dates, renewal or cancellation) received from Google Play or the App Store. Your incomes, clients and documents are never sent there. Payment is processed by the app store — we neither see nor store your card details. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
The app contains no behavioural analytics, no ad trackers and no advertising identifiers.
4. Notifications
Tax deadline reminders are local notifications, scheduled and shown by the device itself — no servers involved.
5. Data deletion
Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently deletes all your data from the device (backup files you exported remain in your own storage). There is no account to delete.
6. Children
The app is intended for entrepreneurs and is not directed at persons under 16.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
