1. Who provides the app

The «Мій ФОП» app is developed and provided by Vitalii Rohovyi (sole proprietor, Ukraine), trading as Virolabs. Contact: hello.virolabs@gmail.com.

By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app does

«Мій ФОП» helps Ukrainian sole proprietors (ФОП) on the simplified tax system to record income, calculate the single tax, unified social contribution (ЄСВ) and military levy, track limits and deadlines, and generate acts and invoices. All calculations run on your device, based on data you enter or import from your bank at your request.

3. The app is not tax advice

This matters, so it gets its own section:

• the app provides informational calculations and reminders, not professional accounting, legal or tax advice;
• the taxpayer — that is, you — remains responsible for the correctness of filed reports and for paying taxes;
• rates, limits and dates are kept up to date with current Ukrainian legislation, but legislation changes — before filing, verify the amounts in the official taxpayer cabinet or with your accountant;
• we do not file reports on your behalf and have no access to your tax accounts.

4. Free version and the Pro subscription

Core features are free. Selected features (bank auto-import, history import, multiple ФОП profiles, unlimited documents, extended exports, automatic backups) are available with the Мій ФОП Pro subscription.

• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period (month or year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment. You are charged by Google Play or the App Store, depending on where you subscribed. The current price for your country is always shown on the subscription screen before purchase.
• Cancellation. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time: in Google Play under «Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions», on iOS under «Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions». Pro features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are handled under the rules of the respective store (Google or Apple), as the store is the seller of record.
• Price changes. The store notifies you in advance of any price change; continuing the subscription afterwards constitutes acceptance.

5. Your data belongs to you

All financial data is stored locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Ending or cancelling a subscription deletes nothing. Imported history, ФОП profiles, documents and backups stay on the device; Pro features simply become inactive, and resubscribing resumes everything without re-setup. Manual export and backup are always available, including without a subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app unlawfully, not to attempt to break or circumvent its technical restrictions, not to decompile it, and not to resell access to Pro features to third parties.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of features that depend on third parties (Monobank API, NBU exchange rates, app stores). We may update, change or discontinue individual features; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, fines or penalties arising from errors in the data you entered, late filing, or changes in legislation. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Ukrainian law.

9. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes we will update this page and state the new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
